How do I book an AQIS Inspection?

Send through your DAFF direction to aqis@taslog.com.au.  Our Team will confirm inspection date and advice once you cargo is clear.

Can I collect my goods from your depot myself?

In order to enter our facility your are required to complete our online inductions at …….. and ensure you arrive with the correct PPE Attire.

How can I find out when my cargo is available for collection?

Your will need to know the container number that your cargo has been unpacked from (eg ACDE1245876).  Please click on this link to find out the availability.

How quickly do I need to collect my cargo?

Cargo needs to be collected within 3 days of being available for collection

What do I need when collecting my cargo?

We will need a copy of the Delivery order from your forwarder/customs broker.  You will also need to ensure the cargo is clear of Customs and free from DAFF impediments.
